You are getting a great deal here, the place is really beautiful! The calmness and beauty this place provides is really amazing. The hosts are super friendly, and helpful with anything you need. They gave us all the privacy we needed, and were always there when we needed them. They have bikes and kayaks they rent out for very cheap. Your surrounded by beautiful gardens and right off the Mitchell silt river, with a private jetty you can use whenever you feel like it. It’s right off the silt jetties so you have beautiful walks, trails, and drives to take all around you. We came to this place for 2 nights and when we visit Paynesville again (and we will) this house is our place to stay! All in all we got something much better than expected and had the most wonderful time there. We recommend this to everyone
